The History of Loose Screws
Loose Screws
started off with 4 guys back in May 1996, the first issue came out in the June of that
year. But in June of the same year we had 2 guys drop out because they just didn't
want to write any articles. At first the zine was just going to be half rap and half punk but
since two guys had had dropped out it was decided to just have a punk zine. Then in
June Gunther8544 and Curmudgy pretty much took it from there. Our first issue got
good feedback. Everone that checked it out really liked it. There were only
30 issues made of that first issue and they're hard to find because well it's out of print
now. The zine was just a joke at first but then it took off after the first
issue. The 2nd issue came out in August 1996 and we added 2 new members to our zine,
Mr. Biggers and John A. That was how our zine Loose
Screws took off. Today we have 6 main members all together.
Throughout the year people add articles to our zine. The 2 others that joined us are
Madame Night and Natas. They came in issues 15 and 16. You can find the
Member Pictures at the Photo Album We

*The webmistress added this but so far no one has complained. Whether it's the
fact that I control how this page looks or if it's the crack of my whip is to be
determined. Any problems, html suggestions, or comments email me at misstessmeg@hotmail.com
